If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund. You just need to contact our staff online first, and then follow the return or exchange steps, we will meet your request as soon as possible.
Love but Not Fit
We provide easy exchanges for items you love but need a different color, size or pattern. It is easy for you to make an exchange as long as it is in stock.
Returning dark apparel items may only be swapped for a different dark apparel style of equal or lesser value.
Returning light apparel items may only be swapped for a different light apparel style of equal or lesser value.
Returning non-apparel items may only be swapped for a similar non-apparel item of equal or lesser value.
Just send the original package with original label back to our return center. We will issue the refund to your original payment method within 7-21 days once we receive the email from you with the return proof. If you send the item(s) back without sending us the email with return information, the refund will be processed in 7-21 days after receiving the package.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Items received should be unused, undamaged and in original package with original labels.
Items that do not meet these standard will not be considered for return.
Items Not Qualified for Return
Swimwear and underwear can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damage or wrong item.
You are required to send the pictures showing the problem item by email when submit the return/exchange request online.
Making Your Return or Exchange
Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the items you received, please contact our staff through the “Contact Us”button first, then send us an email with your request.
Step 2: Pack the item. After the confirmation from our staff, you will receive Authorization and Return Address by email in 24 hours. Please packing the item in a securely sealed shipping package with original bag and original label.
Step 3: Send the return parcel off to the address we provided and email us the return proof, it can be tracking number, copy of shipping receipt, pictures of return package.
Step 4: You will receive the refund in 7-21 days or have an exchanged order after we receive the return proof and package.
It always needs 3 to 5 business days for package transit. We will send the package in 3 to 5 business days after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.
Once we process your refund or exchange, we will send you an email about the confirmation.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase, we can offer full refund. You should contact us online once you decide to cancel the order. For orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will charge a 15% cancellation fee from the fee you paid and offer partial refund. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
